Dukhan Bank - Al Rayyan Branch Zone Number 53, St. No 989, Building No 12 New Rayyan

Arrived there at 0930 on a Wednesday. There weee 6 people waiting but the message I received said there were 10 people in line before me. “Very relaxed ambient”. Workers didn’t stress at all having their tea, even when people were waiting for a long time… Time passed by while workers talked to each other, looked at their cell phones… Right now it’s 1005 and there are 3 bank employees talking to each other in a very relaxed, cheerful way in one of the offices. Door open.. No clients attended. I still have 10 people before me. Big feeling of frustration. Finally, at 1010 a nice lady (one who was talking before with colleagues in the office) approached me and asked if I needed anything. I explained my case and she took me to a table, even when there were people waiting longer than me. She was new in the job and was able to do the job with some help. Don’t come this branch.

Worst of the worst.. i ve never seen such horrible customer service. Basically the workers there will be chatting to each other, drinking tea , coffee, laughing.. but not taking customers .. I went there there was only 4 people and the bank is empty and I hate to wait one hour!! Like seriously ?? They take one customer then they take half an hour break to take the other customer.. This is not professional behaviour

The worst bank service I’ve ever experienced. Very unprofessional staff, unnecessary delays, and multiple visits for a simple request. Extremely disappointing.

Worst customer service, I would give -10 stars if I have that option.

Costomar service is very slowly and working is very bad .Its very disgusting service 😭 never I seen that's kind of service
