I come from the Netherlands and work with different banks. Since I have been in Qatar, I have noticed that Ms. Immaculate Nabayunga from the Al Rayyan Corporate Branch clearly stands out for her professionalism and experience. She treats people in a correct and respectful manner and has a great deal of knowledge in her field. Compared to other branches, I have rarely met someone with such dedication, expertise, and customer focus. This type of employee deserves a high position within the bank, as she is not only good for the bank’s image but also extremely valuable for business clients. Ms. Immaculate is an excellent example of professional and high-quality service

Rules are Rules. Went to bank after got a message stating that bank will be open till 2.00 pm. Reach the bank 12.10 pm. Bank closed. And no one telling the reason. And security is not near the doors to provide the answers. We just waited more time outside the doors. And one lady suddenly started shouting and yelling. They allowed her inside. Unacceptable. We know that we are not from qatar even we respect the rules and we follow it. Even one star is too good for this.

Worst service ever, customers waiting and window are free but not calling the number, also Legal department not responding to customer emails or even branch emails, I really can’t understand your service quality level, are you satisfied when your customers angry? Am chasing with this branch for long time. More than 3 hours waiting in same branch and branch manager if very very rude I spoke to him , seriously doesn’t know anything about customer service or how to handle customer cases. You take your salaries from us as customers if no us no you

Ms. Reem Mohammed Al Nuaimi was extremely kind and professional. Her respectful and friendly manner made the experience very pleasant, and I truly appreciate the care and attention she provided

This branch stope is not good . They are not trained . They can not talk to customer softly . Al massila branch stop is too much good and train full persons . They are doing work 100 percent good they gaved times customer smoothly . They try to do and solve every types problems .
