I can't understand the negative reviews from some users here. I've been with Easybank since 2008 and have always been completely satisfied! All my electronic inquiries have always been answered promptly. Anyone who isn't comfortable with online banking and prefers personal service at a bank branch is certainly better off there. Of course, that comes at a price – which you save with a free checking account (or pension account). Personally, I was no longer satisfied with the "personal" service at my old bank branch and switched to Easybank. I haven't regretted it!

Kundenservice ist unsagbar mies. Warten seit 6 Wochen auf die Partnerberechtigung fürs Konto. Erreichbarkeit schlecht. Der "Umzugsservice" vom alten Konto funktioniert nicht. Ist denen nicht klar, dass man als Kunde in endlicher Zeit auf ein Konto angewiesen ist?

Pure chaos – but no account... Applying for a WP account in 5 minutes??? A fairy tale! It took hours, the program kept crashing. After two weeks, it sort of worked, but then it crashed again. At least we received a flimsy confirmation that we had applied for an account – but we didn't get the account. Then, for weeks, nothing happened. Our email inquiries were met with nothing but empty talk – and blah blah – but no account. I'm starting to wonder what they actually do for a living... maybe easybank is a chain of hair salons, or maybe they work with structural steel...

One star is still too much. They couldn't change my phone number or activate my app. A ticket was created on the second attempt, but the only result was that I could no longer send emails with my account. It's a shame that the ÖAMTC (Austrian Automobile Club) collaborates with them.
