Superb services. Online banking counter available.

One of the best banks in Qatar, if not the best. They have excellent banking services, and the staff are friendly and cooperative. The branch is very classy, ​​tidy, and organized. Also, their ATMs are modern, easy to use, and distinctive, and they offer most of the quick banking services that do not require entering the branch to complete them.

Very good staffs and attitude. Security guy is very helpful. Especially thanks to Mr. Abdulla Al Ashar very polite and helpful. He finished my request even it was almost finished duty hours. Happy to be Doha Bank customer.

Outstanding service at this branch! The staff and security are always respectful, supportive, and professional. It really makes banking easy and pleasant.

Too much bad service… Waiting 2 hours just to talk reach your queue, and all doha bank branches are the sane not only this branch, I don’t recommend anybody to deal with this bank.

Unprofessional and rude approach from the staff. Like the bank is working in mid 70’s. Staff asked me to wait 3 hours for clearing my cheque. If I have that much time, I’ll prefer go to any doha branch, clear the cheque and come back dukhan in 2 and half hours.

I usually have issues with this bank and the last one is because I have to update my information, the costumer service didn't help me and say that they has a sistem issue, now I'm waiting in the bank since 20min there is just one agent working, I never advice you having and account with this bank I will change it as soon as possible

One of the worst branches of Doha bank. Be prepared to wait for at least 1-2 hours to get anything done..
