I visited the branch today to make a money transfer. A very kind lady greeted me and was quite successful in her work, completing the transaction quickly and easily. (By the way, she secretly opened a Ziraat Bank account for me, but I didn't let on; she's probably just trying to fill up her account numbers or for some other reason). I had already entered the system to give low scores, and everyone else gave low scores too. What is Ziraat Bank waiting for to intervene here? I said I want to switch to a Mastercard because my student card isn't valid abroad, and they said they can't choose, it's sent randomly. I told them this is illogical, that the Troy card isn't valid abroad and isn't useful to me, and they still don't seem to understand me...? On February 5th, the woman in the green uniform didn't understand what I was explaining. How can a card be sent randomly? The woman's attitude was completely dismissive. When I said that a customer representative I spoke to abroad a year ago suggested sending a Mastercard, they said they had no information about such a thing. They're all probably bankers with years of experience, and none of them know anything about this subject.
I discovered on January 7, 2026, while checking my Ziraat Bank KMH (overdraft) account, that life insurance deductions were made without my knowledge or consent. An amount of 442.07 TL was withdrawn from my account under the name "Capital Increase Life Insurance." I do not accept that these insurance policies were defined and premiums collected without me signing any contract, giving explicit consent, or being clearly informed about the matter. I have not yet contacted the bank or customer service regarding this deduction. I demand the immediate cancellation of these life insurance policies, which I believe were defined without my knowledge and consent, and the full refund of the 442.07 TL deducted from my account. I just tried calling customer service, but it's impossible to reach them. The operator says they'll connect me, but the phone rings and no one answers. I'm speechless.

A branch with indifferent employees who can't even answer the phone; a branch in a huge bank where only 2 out of 7 payment points are active.
Take the state banks and hit one another, I have never seen such a bank, it is impossible to make a transaction, one is transferring to another, no one is answering the phone, I have been looking for someone to contact for hours, thank you Ziraat.
