The location is wrong on the maps, there are some missing details, this is not the issue, to be a private bank Yapı Kredi, you need to have over 8 million dollars. I became a private bank.
Today I went to the Yapı Kredi Bank branch in Didim. Only 2 people were working, and there were 30 people in line despite it being winter. I took a number and waited for about 2 hours, but only 3 people moved forward, which surprised me greatly.
Those who received receipts were returning the receipt numbers to security and leaving the bank complaining about it.
A huge bank is experiencing such a disgrace.
I will never do business with that bank again.
If you make an appointment at the branch via the mobile app, you can skip the line. I've had to wait a few times, but scheduling an appointment through the mobile app made things much easier. The branch staff is also incredibly polite. Thank you.
Although centrally located, it's described as being across from İş Bank. It's directly across from one of KSK's iconic buildings. Parking is a problem here, too. You'll have to park across the street and spend a little. Service quality is average, or even subpar. Enjoy the crowded, long lines. Take a seat and have tea at the patisserie next door.
The agent (male) in section 4 was super polite and kind. Hope Turks learn this simple yet amazing attitude.
P.s He also gave me a candy may Allah bless him
My experience at the Yapı Kredi branch was one of the worst examples of organization you can encounter in a bank branch. They supposedly have a queuing system, but in reality, it's complete chaos. It feels like they're openly mocking people.
I took my number and started waiting in line. However, I quickly realized that this number was meaningless. Because people who came after me were passed ahead of me one by one without any explanation. You look at the screen, you look for logic, but there's none. It's unclear who is being called and on what basis. This is pure injustice.
Even more frustrating was that when I asked about the situation, I couldn't get a clear answer from the employees. There was a dismissive, indifferent attitude, as if this mess was perfectly normal. Instead of informing the customer or resolving the issue, they chose to ignore it.
People take time off from work to come to the bank. Despite this, being kept waiting for hours and then having their rights violated i
The scores he received were deserved by his true friends; there are people working in slow motion, don't even bother going there.
Terrible, terrible, terrible. There are only three desks. They handle both teller and individual transactions. There's never a turn. I'm a bank customer, but many people who came after me cut in front of me. I've never seen a worse bank branch in my life.
I'm writing this while I'm actually inside the bank. Even though I've been waiting in line for 50 minutes, people arriving after me are still being processed before me, for some reason. I've counted exactly five people so far. There's no sequential number system, so how is that possible? There are seven tellers, but only three are working. Where are the other employees? Why aren't they hiring? Isn't this a bank?
If you are bored and feel like wasting your time, this place is perfect. Service is non existant.
