Warba Bank is a leading bank in Islamic banking and is worthy of praise.

Very good service. I opened an account in SiDi and received the card. The card arrived within two weeks of requesting it.I don't know why people post bad comments here. There's no need to go directly to open an account. Everything can be done through the app.I did everything without any cost and activated the card.

The app is a joke 😂 I tried to transfer funds to my second card, but I was in a hurry because it was zeroed out and I had a purchase to make. It kept telling me to update the app. I updated it and tried to log in, but it told me to change my password. I changed the password and logged in. It gave me options for messages and notifications; I chose messages. It said to agree to the terms, so I did, and now it's stuck. There's no "Next" option. I'm completely stuck; I can't access my account! And this isn't the first time this has happened to me. I think I even forgot my new password. I bet if it were a grocery store, this would be much more professional. 😅 It's been almost three days now, and I still can't access my account! Can you believe the problem is still not solved? What if I'm traveling?

I don't have an account at this bank and I won't open one, but when I receive a check from this bank, I'm afraid of the long wait and lack of attention.

Their service is very slow, and the bank doesn't care about the customer. I opened my account a month ago, and I still haven't received my Mastercard. They're charging me for the card's validity period, even though I haven't received it. I've filed four complaints about this, and the response is that the card comes from Dubai. The bank lacks credibility.

I swear to God, this is the worst bank. You have to wait two hours if you go there.
