Loved there service's

I went there for bill payment to silk bank. It is located in mid of civic center bahria town. Staff is cooperative and you don't need to wait for long period of time in queue. On entry, you need to click on machine to get token and you will get chance on 5 mins.

Never found non-functioning ATM

Worst bank ever. SILK BANK's systems are mostly down. There are under maintenance all the time. They stop our transactions due to maintains. There app is like we are in 90's. Customer care have only on sentence to tell "we are under maintenance". Not recommended at all.

Tooo far from general reach. No branch in phase 7

Pathetic customer service, unhelpful staff. They are trying to get companies to have their employees open salary accounts. They dont care about individuals. And they provide better services to big companies... They give pakpay debit cards to people coz its ur salary account and you dont have a choice

Pathetic bank and its services.

They should change their name from bank to card sellers.
