The Best bank I dealt with. Superb and dedicated staff. Incomparable to any other bank. No words to say about their quality of service and support to the clients. Only thing they don't have online banking facility yet.

Good experience with NBK in Egypt and the branch in Dubai they have good customer service and they are very helpful { Especially Zainab is a wonderful deal}

Best one, Kuwait's largest national overseas bank which operations at world main financial destinations. In Dubai this branch located in Sheikh Zayed Road.While I am visiting there last week the staff are very good behavior and they are deal with very professional way and faster.

In addition to derogatory reviews about NBK I can add mine, though less acerbic. No get to the one branch of NBK that closes 2:00 pm in a very busy area of Dubai is excruciating pain. Calling the Partners is another joke because it’s an investment not a bank or can answer any banking query.

The worst customer service ever

kept calling for two days and there IS NO ANSWER!!! I DON’T EVEN KNOW WHY DO THEY HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE ????!!!

No retail banking services Corporate services with too much t&c But they flaunt as if they provide great services Lazy customer service and tellers Bank is as good as non existent.

26th may tuesday,in online shows the bank is open.but once i reached there it was close.it was really bad experience that i had with NBK dubai.wast of my time.
