Could you lot locate the sensitive documents that you received on the 5th September please, I have spent many hours on the phone trying to locate them, not good enough, our family are entering homelessness next year and your fraud team are waiting to receive them, I’m getting very suspicious of your staff being accessories to fraud and they will be reported to chief of police, Kerry will be reported, I would like the names of the others as well, either way you will be answering me when you have found the documents, not the poor service I expected from Lloyds Bank, what’s going on ???

They're administering a trust for me. It involves ensureing a property is insured and an annual visit to ensure it's maintained. In 2018, they charged £603/yr for this service. In 2025, they've raised their fees to £3,087/yr. No explanation. No recompense. No shame. I can't change executor, so they can charge what they want. AVOID!!

I wonder how long it will be before Lloyds banking group have no branches and become just online bank. I wonder how many online banks there are compared to high street banks.
