Amazing service and super helpful manager.

We had mistakenly sent a large sum of money to a closed account. The payment was not automatically returned to our account. We couldn't resolve the issue with our bank. We spoke with Ms. Ceren from the commercial side, and she helped us with the refund process. We are very grateful to her.

I was pleased with the service, but I was treated very well. People are making a big fuss both in the comments and in the branch, and they say the processes are always slow. Although it's not the branch staff's fault, I don't understand. Those who project their attitudes onto their colleagues, who don't want one employee to look after 30 people, are seriously PATHETIC in my opinion. I implore them to show empathy. They look after dozens of people for 8 hours, and dozens of them are yelling and causing trouble. Tell me, how can employees maintain their motivation?

I went because they called from headquarters and told me to come to the branch, but I wish I hadn't. They were sulking and asking, "What should we do now? Who should I call?" When I asked if it was related to something else, they responded with something like, "It's related to that, handle it." The employee approached a very sensitive issue with a very rude attitude.

Avoid going there unless absolutely necessary; the staff are indifferent and disrespectful, and the system is dysfunctional. The branch manager is uncaring, and you can find everything you'd expect at another branch.

If you find yourself here, be prepared for a long and arduous wait if you don't know anyone.

I went to two banks before the slow teller staff came here and I didn't see anything like this.

The bank ATM swallowed my card because I couldn't follow the Turkish instructions. Then when I went to the bank to collect my card they said they couldn't find my card. Both the machines and staff are embarrassingly incompetent. They offer no solution and take no accountability for the mishap. Avoid it at all costs. God knows if this is a bank or a glorified scam to collect ATM cards.
