While there haven't been many customers recently, perhaps due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are usually plenty of them. The branch staff were also very friendly and helpful. Their quick turnaround was a huge help.

The female loan officer was rude. She spoke arrogantly, and when I couldn't understand her questions, she made a sour face. She refused to lend me money. And I'll never go back.
