Today I visited the HDFC Bank branch to deposit cash. First, I tried using the ATM deposit machine, but it kept showing an error and was not accepting cash at all. After that, I went to the cash counter, but there was a long delay and the staff response was also very slow. Even after waiting for a long time, the issue was not resolved properly. This caused me a lot of inconvenience and wasted my valuable time. From a reputed bank like HDFC, customers expect smooth service and faster support. I request the bank to please fix the ATM cash deposit machine and improve the response time at the cash counter so that customers do not face this problem again in the future.

Worst service. For account transfer i came here more than 4times from last 1 months but still not done.

Staff behavior very poor

The location is incorrect. Tried finding it out but in vain. None of the locals know where exactly is the branch location. Please correct the location and confirm whether there is a branch here or not. Very bad experience
