This bank shows its customers the difficulties they can in order not to open a salary account, they discriminate according to the person.

I visited the bank to open a new account and was asked to take a token and wait. I waited for almost 1.5 hours, only to be told later to come back after two days. This was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of time. If the service was not available, this should have been communicated upfront instead of making customers wait for such a long time. Very unprofessional handling and a truly frustrating experience. I hope the management improves their customer service and respects customers time in the future.

Very slow. Very rude. No one smiles, no one says anything nice. I came to this branch twice. Once to get my debit card. It took me 3 hours only for 6 customers. Next time came for check-book. They don't give checkbook at the reception like other branches. I had to take number and wait... only three customers and tooke me 1 hour.

Very bad experience. too many customers waiting for the service and there is only one counter serving I was waiting 1.5 hours just for printing new card

Unbelievably unprofessional people. I have been coming to this brunch for 3 times to open a credit card and I have been waiting there for hours. After spending my time, money for taxi and all they just told me that my nationality is not eligible for that. After 3 times… of coming. Also be informed that the agent saw my ID during the second visit and didn’t say anything. The complain to the ministry of consumer rights will be submitted
