No proper system . They are providing appointments with time for name sake. Even 12.30 - 01.30 pm appointment can go around 11.30 - 12.30 pm . There is no proper arrangements, No social distancing.

Extremely disappointing experience at CBK Bank Al Tijari. Mr. Abdul Rehman ID.K253 was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Although he understood Hindi and Urdu, he insisted on speaking only in English. This disregard for language barriers left many customers confused and frustrated, as not everyone is fluent in Arabic or English. His impatient and disrespectful attitude created unnecessary stress. Such behavior is unacceptable in a banking environment. CBK must review his conduct and improve staff training standards

This bank is terrible. It took me 45 minutes to complete a simple transaction, and I was the only one there. The bank was empty, and the receptionist asked me why I was in such a hurry. The service was unprofessional, and the staff were unprofessional. I didn't encounter any professional employees at this bank; some of them seemed to work in a grocery store.

The staff are very polite, but the work is very slow. It takes more than an hour to issue a replacement card. My evaluation of their treatment today is very bad, unfortunately.
