The branch is very clean and new. The employee I dealt with is named Lujain Al-Ghanem. She is very respectful. She finished the maid's work and updated her information quickly and easily. She is very respectful. While I was waiting, they served us Arabic coffee.

It occupies a good location near the central market.

The best branch in Boubyan, I swear to God, they're excellent and don't waste any time. I was honestly shocked by the comments. On Thursday, I was there and I finished everything in 10 minutes. On the same day, I was at another bank and I waited 10 minutes with terrible service. Boubyan is beyond words, they're truly excellent.

The branch is extremely bad. By God, there is no interest and no concern. Your branches can be counted on the fingers in a large governorate like Jahra. We go in the traffic and the distance and in the end, nothing is broken. Why?

Very disappointing that you can pay almost everywhere with a foreign credit card, even at the ATCs in the Al Hambra building in Kuwait city, but you can't withdraw money from an ATM at this bank.

To open new account for salary transfer, working private sector, minimum salary should be 2000 kd??? How come, called customer care to crosscheck and first said 400 then change it to 2000 again, it's so weird
