Today, March 23rd, 2018, I wanted to change a €500 note into CHF. BLKB does not accept €500 notes, although the notes are still valid until the end of 2018. Reason: You make a loss if you accept 500s. When I asked where else but on a bank I should change this note: No answer. Went straight to the good old post office and changed the note there. Without problems.

The Small Investor Had to block the card in spring last year because I lost my EC card. A few months later the blocked card was used one day and my account was debited cashless by CHF 1000 without entering my pin, how is this possible. The Basler Kantonalbank referred me to the external card company. I have the loss form and submitted the complaint and have not yet received an explanation. Despite outsourcing, the whole thing casts a bad light on BASLER KANTONALBANK. Regards DB

5 registers and one is served! And then there are PARTLY unfriendly staff! And if you're "lucky" then the person at the one open counter is busy with something on the PC so you can wait extra. Mostly really annoying when you have no other choice!

BKB Unbelievable this incompetence! terminated after ü20 years then still ask for costs! Hands off! ⚠️ There is a crash within the app. The same on the PC login. Telephone support non-existent or reachable after three days.
