It's one of the biggest branches of bank Muscat in Nizwa. The service is fast and normally, you don't wait for a very long time to do your banking needs.

Hi I just want to say one thing about that branch I am not a levish or rich customer but the service was great I visited today on 8 august 2024 in late evening I have some issue with my card and want to change my mobile number there was one madom she was very polite and very humble and listen my problem the thing is that she deal me in a proper way and then there was one person Mr ilyas in customer service I call him and he is proper gentleman bank nizwa is doing good to have these kind of t people not like other banks

The service is extremely bad; the worst bank I've ever dealt with.

I went in to open a new account, and I was surprised to find only one counter working. There were 4 people ahead of me, and I waited for half an hour, but the number wasn't working. I left and forgave them for dealing with me.

The worst branch I've ever dealt with. There were two people ahead of me, and I waited a whole hour until it was my turn. Honestly, it needs a complete overhaul.

Customer service not good. Token system implementation is waste. Long waiting time and no toilet facilities available for the customers.

Worst branch of BM I ever went to.Had multiple bad experiences, especially with some of the lady staff. One staff I met didn't even know how to do simple mathematics.Better go to the main branch , they are very professional and helpful.
