In recent time, ZENITHBANK has employed very unseasoned, unprofessional and baby bankers. Transacting with the bank now seem far fetched when it comes to services provision. To think the Isaac John branch couldn’t complete a transaction successfully over 72HRS and updating a wrong email and mobile number on my card for a one time token is heartbreaking completely. I have an account officer that’s so decorative and unaccessible. ZenithBank!!!!….. I am closing all accounts bfr January 2023!!!.. before u guys send me crazy. I can’t deal with all your excesses accompanied with your high charges. Ha!!!.. ☹️Zenithdirect call is a total joke! Your Airtime is being wasted for 10mins and above multiple times only to speak with uninformed and clueless reps!!!. Mean! It’s pretty sad. The 1 star I gave was undeserving at all with the services I have received in the last 2 years.
Easily noticeable from the main road with a decent amount of parking space for customers. It's often not crowded.
The most useless branch with no care whatsoever to there customers
