Stupid bank No way to communicate them online

It is a very good and efficient bank in terns of transactions. But it has relatively small land mass which makes it overcrowded sometimes during banking hours. The ATM machines is not efficient. People usually wait for ATM machines transactions here. It should be redesigned.

The Zenith bank in bank road Umuahia is a solution ground for anything that concerns banking, investment and any other thing that concerns finance. Their services are top notch

Most ineffiecient- Magodu Branch , it’s taken me months Jan - April 2023 to open my account- they do not pick calls, they dont reply to Emails, no updates, empty promises, you are tossed from pillar to post, just unprofessional and bad customer experience! Horrible service

It's a Nigerian Bank. So dnt expect much.
