We have had so much trouble in verifying our details with this bank, s8nce fraud/ laudering became a thing. Been here 1993 and to access our whanau trust account we are jumping hoops. Been a 2yr process now and still no movement in online access. The reply to my emails are crickets. Still chasing today.

Getting to the point bank dose not think about customers. Branch after branch close down . When you call waiting time all the time over 45 min . when you last get to them that part of the phone banking can't help put to another branch . Look like only profit in the mind for the AUS's .

Five positions and only two tellers. absolutely a definite no star rating. But I am obliged to click on one star otherwise I can't post, I would not recommend this Bank and I am glad I don't bank there

Worse bank ever ! Being told any payments last year right before xmas were not taken out on the 23 24 that weren't even a public holiday and now wake up to find those payments being taken out right before school and work starts back . Grate job west pac putting us customers first all right . Im 100 percent moving banks .

The wait time to be seen was quite painful. However once i was seen, i couldn't have been more pleased with the service. The team were happy to help me exchange money into my nz account (far better rate than what the travelex quoted me at the airport) and even gave me an eftpos card on the spot to use (These are posted out in Australia). Under the circumstances i was back for (tangihana) i was pleased that the team at westpac made what i thought would be a stressful encounter a very pleasant one. Thank you team Rotorua!
