Worse bank and staff, they basically kicked me out when I tried to ipen an account 3 yeas ago!!! Dont get the point of them making Ads on TV asking people to join!!!!!!!?
As useful as a chocolate tea pot. It’s the common phone number that only ever gets me in touch with a heavily accented telephonist and I am only ever able to understand half of what they say and even then they completely contradicted the local branch about the need to sign a particular document. I had to use a broker to phone up the closest branch as a go between but that did not even work as eventually nobody contacted me to get the document signed before the deadline. They clearly don't care about deadlines and they clearly don't care about customers being unable to understand WP representatives over the phone.
Whilst purchasing a car, I had occasion to transfer funds from my account to that of the seller. For a number of reasons this caused all kinds of problems. (I hasten to add not the fault of the bank.) The teller had her patience severely tested for it took over an hour to reach a satisfactory result. She was determined to give satisfaction come heaven or high water. To that end she went way beyond my expectations. Thank you. (You will know who you are when I tell you it was the funny old man you served on the 12.01.24. around lunch time)
Very hard to get things done fast. Eg only ever 2 staff on at counters and they need to be more online friendly. It seems for the smallest of things you are forced to go into a branch and when u live 25min drive away and have work kids etc it's a real hassle. I'd like to say nice staff tho.
Phoned 4 times in the same day and not once was the phone answered. Appears to have poor phone service. Would probably recommend going into the branch if you need to talk to someone.
