I went to the branch today in the early afternoon. The Indian lady at the counter is incredibly rude and arrogant. She doesn't seem to be interested in her job at all. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I'm sure a big institution like westpac can afford to employ better quality staff. I sincerely hope that the bank's management can look into the matter, before the reputation of the bank gets tarnished further and lose more customers. Personally, I will stop all dealings with Westpac as soon as I can.

No customer service in a customer service organization. Absolutely useless. 3 staff on duty. 1 was busy with a elderly customer. I was the only customer waiting. I waited and waited and the other 2 staff was not interested. Busy pretending to be busy with their computer. So fed up of waiting that I had to approach 1 of the staff for a quick transaction. Still no customer service. Asked to go to use ATM machine.. like I already at the counter and they still wouldn't do the transaction. Have to deal with a machine what the hell is going on with Waupaca these days.

I have been trying to deal with a new mortgage application for nearly a year and my experience with one particular staff member has been so bad I want to change banks! Absolutely no clear Comms throughout and no care for time, asks stupid questions over and over again! Just lousy service really.

"I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the teller lady who assisted me on Friday, the 8th, in the afternoon . After waiting nearly an hour in the hot and unhelpful environment, I approached her for assistance in depositing money, showing her detailed information on my phone. Disregarding my concerns, she insisted I use the smart ATM, even though it wasn't my account. Despite my attempts to explain, she interrupted me, forcing me to try the ATM and return later. When she finally checked, she was clueless about the issue and blamed me for not informing her earlier and showed her the attitude. The lack of customer service and professionalism was astonishing. It's disheartening when staff waste customers' time and act as if they are beyond accountability. Lady, you should enhance your professional skills for the sake of better customer service.
