Slow customer service and long waiting times. Always has a massive crowd every day. I recommend that another branch be opened near this location, to enable some customers choose a nearest centre
Not enough staffs and they're prolly not smart enough to answer customers quickly. So it takes a lot of time before you can be attended to. It seems like the closest brank around Rumuokoro axis, I think.
Lots of delays and staffs don't attend to customers on a first come, first serve basis.
Poor Service. No happy customer from this branch.
