It's location is beside the "A Division" of the Nigeria Police. There are other banks on this street which makes some people call the road "Bank Road" in Ilorin. It's opposite a shopping complex and the popular Unity roundabout is close to the place. The serene is nice and conducive.

This is a branch of UBA that has been in existence for long. It strategically located beside the Police A division. It is therefore easily accessible by road and foot. Ot has a good parking spece within the premises. However, many vehicles are usually pack obeside the main road. The services are good.

The service is relatively fast. The ATM machines are usually congested with customers though.
