UBA United Bank For Africa 21 Along Admiralty Road, Lekki Phase 1 Lekki Phase I

UBA in Lekki is not the nicest bank to visit. Can't possibly be the nicest UBA branch either. And that's unfortunate because the competitors in Lekki 1 deliver much nicer customer service and therefore customer experience. Admittedly, the Corona virus has forced new protocols to be put in place, but while other banks are able to section customers based on their requests, everyone is herded like sheep at uba, regardless of the weather.

Strategically located, easy to spot ATM always works. It also has free WiFi

Very good parking space. A lot of ATM machines . It was built with the customers in mind. The location is very tricky though. It’s adjacent to the junction of Admiralty way and a bit clumsy to access from the opposite side of road. Commuters have to go a long way to do a U-turn. The customer service is deplorable and making deposits is a Herculean affair. The location is strategic and they should improve on their services to take advantage of this

I particularly like the fact that the banking hall is spacious, well ventilated, customer service is top-notch with availability of network to settle all your transactions.

Very annoying bank with slow system. Everything about them takes longer than expected and their resolution may still leave you unsatisfied
