The customer service was excellent despite the large crowd, of particular interest, is the HOD of Customer Service Mrs. Joy Ogbonna, very nice, courteous, and an exemplary leader who guides and supports both her staff and customers to satisfy the customers. I urge the Management of UBA to encourage such staff. She is an asset to the company. In general, I enjoyed my experience after visiting a bank hall for a long time. Great customer service team!

I generally do not have a liking for banks so this 5star rating really says a lot about how excellent the service I received at this bank was. I had gone to several other banks to get a simple World Remit transaction done and met with lousy excuses and rude staff. I came to this bank sort of as a last resort and it was so nice from the gate, the teller who attended was smiling and seemed happy to help which is unusual and in very little time I was done. I decided I'd come next time before writing the review to be certain it wasn't a 1 in 10days thing. Second time an even better reception and faster service, as long as Abuja is concerned I'm only taking my transactions to this bank. Very strongly recommend

Worst UBA branch ever in FCT No reception They just let you walk in and get confused no one is asking what you want to do Worst banking experience 7 months later things got worse than I ever thought they’re understaffed and the ones here are tired of the job!!!! Disgusting to the stomach

I submitted my application for opening of Savings account and you guys did nothing up till now , I haven't seen any message from you (UBA) So am giving 1 star , with the stress ( UBA BANNEX WUSE 2 ABUJA)

Very poor service. I've been trying to reset my prepaid card pin but the customer care agents on the phone line are just behaving like newbies and they leave you on hold just to tell you the same thing. At the end of the day I just have to request for a new card. Very annoying. The ones on sit have a knack for just passing people around.
