don't usually do this, but I had a really disappointing experience at UBA Ojodu, 26 Isheri Road today 10/02/2026 @ 09:301 went in to get my card and change my address, but the customer service rep (AA) I know her full name thou! who assisted me seemed like she was being forced to work. She didn't smile once and her responses were rude. I even had to ask if she was okay. The service was really poor. She was giving me attitude like she knew me before. Thankfully, a woman named Aderonke came over, apologized, and helped me out. UBA, please look into whatever might be affecting your employees, because they're clearly struggling to provide good customer service.
Wastes ones time alot! The ATM ARE MOSTLY WITHOUT MONEY .. Queued up
Ojodu branch was nice to be honest, first time I've enjoyed going to a Uba branch since the cash scarcity commenced
Friendly and helpful security staff outside. Didn't enter the Bank, only used the ATM outside
I have to say UBA is the best bank ever, and I have zero Doubts about that 🙏, thanks for the awesome service 🙂
