As always, 20 years back HSBC in UK was the slowest bank and depend on too much paper work, now it's worse, living in dark ages. When no one is in his office, I find a couple of them smoking in the car park and using my car as a coffee table
I am in Bank to withdraw cash from The Person teller. And bank rep. Says go to atm and withdraw... Whyyy..

Worst customer service ever I had in any Sabb branch, no staff is available on their seats for long periods, this was my second n last experience in this branch
Very poor customer service. As a customer you'll be waiting outside till the bank representative comes to you.
