Fast service good hospitality parking available at the centrum

Worst Customer Service Ever! I booked an appointment to discuss few critical things with a person at this branch 2 weeks ago! I got a call 1 hour before stating the person is sick and there are no other persons to take the discussion! Basically they do not seem to really care and this person who called said you will get a call back later today when she finds time. Its end of day already and no call back at all! I am almost thinking of discontinuing my 10+ years of association due to poor customer service that Solna Branch continues to achieve disappointing their customers.

The best experience I ve ever had, in a bank, in Sweden from 2008! There is an employee (in customer service ,front office) Ms Melissa, she makes the difference. Polite, smart, fast. All bank employees should be like her. She knows exactly what to do and if she doesn't she is finding out immediately. She helped me 3 times with different requests, every time successfully!
