I don't appreciate leaving negative comments, but unfortunately, this bank is not keeping its public service commitments. Long lines, having to wait more than an hour, is not respectful of customers, and even less respectful of the employees who have to manage a crowd in just a few hours, every week. It's not right. It's not humane. Thanksfully, not every bank is like that. 🙏
It is terribly frustrating not to get in touch with a live person at Swedbank. After countless button presses on my mobile phone, I am still left without an answer to my question. You would like to charge various fees from us customers, but you cannot provide any service that is worth the name. I hope that the next quarterly profit for the bank will be even higher than before. Otherwise, you will probably turn off the phones too to earn an extra kroner. The business towards us customers is under all criticism.
There was a long queue; it was no longer possible to take a number, but instead, we were notified by SMS, which unfortunately didn't work. When we arrived, the counter was closed, but there were still many people inside. We didn't get a ticket that day. In my opinion, this branch is seriously understaffed. Two employees for over 30 people is definitely not enough!
Worthless service. Hardly any opening hours and the few days it is open you have to drive forever to get there. Will definitely change banks!
Is Swedbank bankrupt or why do they have such a poor bank branch? People in the whole room can hear what they're talking about at the counter. Totally useless if you don't want the whole world to hear everything.
