For four days in a row, the customer support manager hung up on me. I've been their main bank for 40 years, and I was kept on hold for 30 minutes, paying for the toll-free number. When I suggested that they should make it good manners to explain things to customers before hanging up, they simply said they couldn't do anything and hung up without apologizing. This is a money-hungry company. I warned them that Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation's smartphone app had also been hacked, and they didn't even say a proper thank you. They're also a cold-hearted company. Don't be fooled by the smiling faces at their branches.
