I wish I could give a negative rating to this branch. The employees are lazy and ignorant. The system is not working most of the time. The bank employees do not give any details that are actually needed for account activation and then when you come one month later, then they say you should have done this and that. Going to this bank is a waste of time. They need to get better employees who actually know how to work and who are not playing on their phones the whole time.
Printers not working since couple of days and the entire banking process is too slow. Always crowded and slow in functioning on all the counters. Kindly speeden up ur work system for smooth services for customers like us.
Do yourself favor and never open an account in SBI. Staffs doesn't even bother to solve the issue. Always look irritated. Its been more than 3 months and even a simple task such as address change is not done. Had complaint several times even to higher officials but they don't care about solving or at least assuring customer. This is the reason why private banks are winners as the employee salary is based on the work done whereas government employee knows that they will get salary plus incentive and pension no matter how worst is they do the job. Watch Office Office Serial - A true story how work is done at government bank or offices.
Well the service given by this versova sbi bank is not even 1 star. Slow like snail. U have to take an official leave to visit thos branch as the staff takes so much time evening getting an next done...they themselves are so confused and they believe is no customer service as they know they are gonna be paid their salary without any deductions...PLS HELP THE EXISTING CUSTOMER by taking some necessary steps.
The staffs of this branch is so lazy and non-cooperative. Even I giving a KYC application letter for the fourth time does not make it a KYC
