I had to give one star to write a review, really a poor branch with people who are filled with lack of responsibilities and lack of care for customers. Writing number of emails hardly anyone replies, even when replies never intends to resolve. i would not recommend to bank with SBI and to be specific SBI Powai IIT branch.
The staff is very slow in work and works typically government servants I had spent almost 3hrs for the two demand drafts it was worst experiernce i had n mental torture. God save the student's of IIT as they would spend more time instead of studying
In general the SBI staffs are very helpful but the Forex section is a disappointment. The staff there is very condescending and has limited knowledge. I would suggest go to other banks or another branch if you want any information or anything to do with Forex.
Where is shifted sbi Powai from IIT main gate????? They did not informed day before yesterday I went but did not get.
