Not really sure what they do at this branch. Hardly any customers and mostly walking or sitting around chatting and drinking cups of tea or coffee. Meanwhile, I've been here over an hour, trying to get a new card. The self service machine didn't work then was restarted. Left to just sit around and wait while staff just hung around. Eventually tried again but still not working. Informed staff who acknowledged what I'd said then did nothing.
Worst service.....waited for 2hrs just to update iqama. Better to open account in some other bank..
The service in ALWESAM was very poor as if the employee doesn’t know what to do with a long waiting hours
nice bank and nice customer service spacial mr. emad rahpeni was soooo gentle man and helper
Very slow work, waiting like full time working.
