Very bad experience today with resona bank staff narita branch😓😓😓😓😓

Very good and beautiful place.

I used it on a Sunday. Since it's a branch office, I was able to update my passbook. The parking lot was empty because it was Sunday morning. There are only two ATMs.

It had moved from a prime location in front of the station and was in a very hard-to-find place. I went to the police box to ask about the new location, but most of the police officers were like, "What's Resona Bank?" And so, the new location was unknown. It was a quiet, dingy alleyway, on a street where dangerous cars driven by elderly people suddenly appeared. The new bank was even worse than a convenience store. The staff, who looked like monsters, were rather unwilling to help, so If you're just going to see the suspicious-looking cat-like mascot, it's not too stressful. If your purpose is to use the ATM, it's probably fine, but If you need to deal with a staff member, I recommend preparing in advance.

I had made a reservation for the afternoon, but I had an urgent matter to attend to so I asked if they could come in at 10am. I planned to ask for something that would take less than an hour. There was only one other customer. As far as I could see there were at least four staff members. (They were coming in and out of the store) There was also a meeting room available. But they insisted that they could only do it at the reserved time. I had no choice but to make time, and I told them in the morning that I would come again in the afternoon, but they didn't share any of this with me. For now, it's best not to get your hopes up too much.
