The service provided by the female staff at the reception was terrible. It was at a level I have never seen at other branches.

I went here to transfer my tax payment slip. I understand that there are fewer people there due to COVID and the process takes longer, but I was annoyed by the way they treated me, as if to tell me to go elsewhere even though there were no customers waiting (a middle-aged man was marching down the aisle, blocking my path and telling me to go to Mitsubishi UFJ). I had a reason for going there. Two months after the above, I went back again for another reason. A young man who seemed to be a trainee was proactively taking my order, and even though it was just before the counter hours, two women kindly assisted me. My rating has increased since two months ago, when I didn't even want to give it a star.

This bank is rare not only among city banks, but also among financial institutions that operate counter services after 3 PM. There are many Japanese companies that cannot accept ATMs or online banking as proof of payment. In such cases, this bank is recommended for those who want proof that they paid at the bank rather than at a convenience store, even though it will be the next business day and the fees and handling costs are higher than ATMs or online banking. However, please check the details of the transaction before making a transaction.

The way the women treat me is beyond terrible. Please stop being so rude and confrontational. It was so bad that I was thinking about contacting the headquarters, but I'll leave it here.
