Was kicked out when they had no costumers because I did not make any reservations. I just needed to hand in my documents. Also, there are not a lot of branches outside of Saitama. I am planning to switch banks and tell others to avoid joining their bank. They're just useless.
I was scared to go after seeing the reviews but everything went perfect for me, I had an appointment and the person who attended me was really helpful trying to speak in english for helping me.
I tried to open an account but they refused. They only want to deal with rich people. But they still hold events for children and care about public opinion.
I use Resona Bank for my savings, but after moving to Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture, I went to the counter in front of Funabashi Station to get a balance certificate and other documents issued. There were plenty of employees there, but I had to stand there for a long time without doing anything. Even though there were no other customers, I was told to wait for three hours.
