An undisputed 5-star rating for this place. The employees, mostly women, but also one man with the utmost courtesy and patience, do their jobs impeccably. So much so that I'd rather drive 40 km than 4 km to handle even the smallest matter. I've been treated professionally on every visit. Even the smallest problem, seemingly trivial to the staff, was thoroughly explained. Every service, some of which I could have performed myself, was provided with due commitment and courtesy, without any innuendo or advice on how to handle things myself, unless I asked. The entire bank is organized sensibly, which shortens waiting times, and the knowledgeable and dedicated staff will help without hesitation, which demonstrates their professional expertise and the careful selection of staff. The building itself is well-maintained, but the greatest asset of this place is undoubtedly the people who work there. There's also an ATM at the entrance. Bravo, and keep up the 5-star rating for all the employees
