I'm very pleased with the service provided by the Sochaczew branch of the bank. I had a rather challenging issue regarding a mortgage loan. The lady handled my case very professionally, with excellent customer service. She was always ready to understand, support, and act. Thank you very much! I wish all banks had employees like her!

Answer: Today, October 30, 2025, I arrived at 9:43 AM. There were no customers waiting, and I'm standing there like that idiot again, until the nice lady from yesterday finally took pity on me. As far as I know, there weren't any clients with appointments this morning, so what do you think? It might be worth putting general information on the door, for example, that we're making appointments. How is anyone supposed to know if you also offer walk-in access? Remove her. There won't be a problem. When we spoke with the woman who gave us the contract and generally helps us if we need anything, there was no problem with her, nor did she tell us to make an appointment (unfortunately, she's in Skierniewice). Probably because it took literally 5 minutes to submit the form!!! So, it's worth considering how you operate, since walk-in clients are a problem.
