I'm pleased with the smooth process of opening an account, including the bonuses. A young employee, Mr. Maksym, guided me through the process step by step (including installing the app). There were no lines at the branch; it was large and had plenty of counters, so I wasn't stuck third or fifth in line. I can compare it to other branches, and it went very smoothly. The young employee was knowledgeable and knowledgeable about the services.
I had the pleasure of visiting this branch and I already know it was a great choice. The service was top-notch, starting with the lady who greeted me. My biggest compliments go to Mr. Maksym. He helped me solve my problem, advised me at every stage, and took care of every detail.
