Hello friends...one of the worst banks in Indonesia...is Permata Bank...There is always a long queue, lots of people, not enough staff to serve customers!!! I came to get a statement from my account...this operation takes 3 minutes...and I was forced to sit for 2 hours. When I asked, the manager replied that I couldn’t do anything...wait....P.S. After waiting, the manager was apparently in a hurry to get home and decided to serve me...Hallelujah. And something else, black hair is painted on the girls' foreheads, with paint... it's so beautiful... and it's funny how a bank with money can't make or pay for beautiful women for a billboard inside... everything is funny

Permata is the best. Surprised by the low rating, but I guess people usually write reviews only when unhappy. I’ve had a great experience here. The staff is always helpful and professional, especially Made E and Komang B. Thanks for the excellent service!

I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. I walked into the bank, took my number, and within 15 minutes everything was done. The staff were incredibly kind, they even offered me a free upgrade on my card, and the whole process was smooth and without any issues.

The worst bank/customer service!!! It’s inline with the review given. First greeted by security he was nice tell you what to do, but he excuse for lunch break, so what’s next? Queue line was confusing. When I have finished completed the application, a couple jump on my queue, after checking with the customer service she rudely told that the couple had correct queue number and insisted me to wait ? With no queue number ? How if other guest come and bring queue number? Not clear queue information and very bad customer service. To be fair the building and facilities were good. It’s a new building. That’s it.

It's a new bank their newest branch and yet they don't even put an ATM where you can deposit your cash.... This bank is a joke compared to others like BNI or BCA it is standard practice that the atm in your bank should be available 24 hours and should have the function to deposit cash. Given this bank's reputation I'm really glad to see that their new branch is getting exactly the reviews this Bank should be getting
