Please never open bank account in this bank. First they asked to print all documents for scan it, so, I needed to go somewhere and print, after come back they told me to have cash to put on account, so I needed to find cash. After that I was siting in waiting area during one hour, because only one person accepted opening bank accounts. At the same time only 2 persons except me were into waiting area. So, I’m so upset that decided to choose this bank.

Waiting for a hour and customer service provided service only for 3 people. Unbelievable service level and speed. I have account in Permata but somehow, some guests arrived later than me but got service earlier. Noone will wait more than 2 hours just to get bank statement. We re in 2026 guys…

I was several time at this bank office. Because i'm their customer for some years) They are always polite and sincerely helpful... Just one thing: the process can be slow... so if you don't want to wait for a long time in the row better to come before 8 am and be one of the first clients 🤗

I’m not sure what everybody is complaining about! When I visited this branch on a Friday afternoon, it was practically empty of customers and I was seen immediately, the process to open my account was as easy at it gets in Indonesia. No issues at all and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

This bank is utterly incapable of resolving a simple, stressful problem. My terrible experience with Permata started when their ATM in Sayan decided to swallow my card whole. The real nightmare began when I sought help. I immediately entered the branch, explained the situation, and was met with empty promises. Every single employee told me the same thing: "We have submitted the request. We will check the machine log and contact you by the end of the day." The check never happened, and the call never came. It felt like I was speaking to a wall...polite, perhaps, but ultimately unresponsive and useless. This bank clearly does not value reliability or customer support. Avoid them if you value peace of mind.
