This bank is too relaxed, it took me a long time to get to the customer service while the other officers were busy chatting with the grinning Chinese people, there was no professionalism, unlike the Jogja branch.

Poor service. I wanted to open a savings account and had to wait for approval from the central supervisor, who said the estimated time was three days. This is different from other banks. It's a bit odd, though.

The customer service is too much 🤮 I only have a problem when I want to change my cellphone number, it's complicated.. I have to bring my ID card and family card, the ID card should be strong enough for data, I brought my ID card and was still asked to show my family card, not just show my NPWP and my sandal number at the same time, while my house is quite far from the branch.
