Friendly service, short queues, Permata products can open an account with an initial deposit of zero rupiah and a minimum balance of zero rupiah.
The security guard was unfriendly. When I first entered, I asked what I needed. I answered I wanted to replace my ATM card, then was bombarded with questions: my driver's license? my family card? my social security number? What else was I supposed to do? I had brought all my essentials: valid identification (KTP, savings book, ATM card). Even trivial matters were complicated, and other banks don't have that kind of problem. Seeing this, the customer service representative didn't react at all, instead just continued snacking. In the end, I decided to change banks. I was fed up.
Bad service👎 Customer service is slow, BCA is better off with a set of cards.
