The service is too complicated when providing information.
Bad service, completely unprofessional. Applying for payroll savings was made extremely difficult with numerous excuses, from requesting a code from Jakarta, to not receiving an email from Permata, to laptop problems. And then there was no solution or what? Completely unprofessional!! Very disappointed, I won't recommend this bank again!!
The service is friendly and professional, and highly recommended. ❤️ Those who say the service isn't friendly or professional haven't showered yet. 😂
