After 15 years as a customer, my family and I have decided to leave today. It has gotten worse in recent years, and the bank is now among the most expensive. The staff lacks flexibility and is arrogant. I am trying to find some reason why I should stay, but there are none.

The worst bank ever, even though they made a lot of money on us for 16 years, then via interest on loans, it was not possible to negotiate the interest rate down even to the lower degree, they were not interested in "Avanza" customers even personal bankers, they wanted you to transfer your shares and start saving in insurance. Today we pay 5.4% interest on over 4 million in loans and then they claim that we are Avanza customers, what an insult, what enormous money they make on us, like 100,000 a year!! Going to change banks even though it is harder now.

It's bad not being able to contact my local office, not even via my phone! I was going to visit this office in Karlshamn, but due to an accident when I couldn't drive my car, I couldn't get the contact I needed unfortunately! Later, with the help of a nice and helpful official, I managed to get a call from my local office in Karlshamn, this small matter took up my whole day, it was important to me, but apparently not for THE BANK????? Why not set up a phone number for our local banks and make it easier for all of us, even for the bank! For me, it takes about half a day to carry out a small matter and drive about 80 kilometers, which in the long run will be an expensive trip with our current expensive petrol prices!
