Very disappointed in this office in Sandviken. It clearly states that it should be open today on their website. Drive 40 km only to be told that it is closed today due to some trade fair. 80 km for unfinished business. The office is only open 15 hours a week spread over 5 days that's all. On my last visit, one person was sick which meant that only one person could help. The waiting time was then 2 hours 20 minutes. Annoying to see that there is staff in the office but they did not have the ability to help. A single person had to work non-stop without being able to take a single break to eat, for example. Praised her for her efforts.

Long queue and only two people serving. Customers around express irritation. Other staff are walking through the premises which further increases irritation, as you hope they might see and help. You would have to stand and look at this from the customer's eyes and what the staff walking through the premises (unconsciously) are signaling. "I don't see you and I don't care because I have other work to do". It screams understaffing
