Sad with such low ratings. I was contacted by Therese at the Östhammar office. Feels like Nordea looks at the person and not the paper I am happy to be a customer again in Nordea. Sad that I don't get to meet my advisor but when Corona is over I plan to visit you

The staff at NORDEA in Östhammar get the highest marks from me anyway..I've been a customer of theirs for many years and plan to continue to be as long as they behave as they do today.

Very small place where customers waiting for their turn can hear everything being said at the counter. No banking secrecy for the customer there!
