Though I didn't meet so many workers there,but Daniel Forssell who booked my appointment for a bank account opening and did also helped me opened the account was such a nice and friendly guy😍 For his help to me,I would advice any foreigner new in Sweden around Gothenburg area to visit this branch. They are so helpful.✌️

No queues and friendly service right when I walked in, my case was resolved more smoothly than expected.

Nordea in Borås is the worst bank we have ever dealt with. My mother won a bid and planned to use her savings to buy the property instead of taking out a loan. When we contacted the bank, they refused to approve the purchase. The only answer we got was that it was a business decision, with no further explanation or information about what documents we might need to bring. When we went to the bank during their measly three-hour opening hours, the person in charge was already on lunch at 11:00. Despite promises that the decision-maker would get back to us, we still haven't heard anything, neither from Jonas nor any other representative. Furthermore, trying to get help from customer service is completely pointless. We strongly recommend choosing another bank. You will get much better service and treatment elsewhere.
